which may incorporate some of the techniques mentioned above. Please note the pregnancy massage will be a therapeutic/relaxation to reduce the stress held in the body, with only specific trigger points will be used to assist with this goal.
All treatments are individualised with the focus to achieve the desired outcome set at the beginning of the session and may vary at each visit.� Therefore the techniques will vary depending on the reason for the massage.

My Methodology
To clarify I undertake a range of techniques to get the result , hard massages for the whole treatment may feel beneficial initially but will be counterproductive and will result in discomfort for a few days. A point to consider toxins will be moved through the body during treatment which will result in different discomfort levels i.e. high levels of stress may result in headaches, aching and sore muscles, tiredness, lethargy if not managed with a balanced massage effectively. I believe it is important for initial consultation to obtain the best treatment for the goal & outcome you are seeking.
